His father just was a bastard in so many different levels that he didn't even bother giving Grace a place to be. Dahlia's suggestion seems like his cue to leave, though, so he puts his hands on his pockets and straightens, ready to teleport away.
"I won't bother you anymore but if you need anything, my room's down the corridor by the north wing, the green door."
