Hey guys! I just wanted to give you all a FYI that Claire is going to be staying with me for the next couple of weeks. If anyone wants to spend time with her, just let me know. You all know she loves hanging out with her Uncles and Aunties.

[Rey looks like a mess, and feels like one. Another night of work and little sleepy because she forgot to stock up on natural sleep aides, but this? This is a surprise.

Hey. I'd be up to spending time with her--and you.

[How does one answer that without sounding like a workaholic?]

[ Allison frowns about that generic answer. It's not much of an update. ]

I've been great, since I got partial custody of my baby back! I'm also going to be starting a Broadway job. So I can be around for Claire more often.

[What can Rey say? Her life isn't as exciting as the rest of her family.]

Yeah, with work. You know what they say, the most competent gets all the work...and the stress. But I'm fine! The cats keep me company.

[Does that sound bad? Or pathetic? No, no, it's all good. ]

Oh wow, that's incredible. Congratulations! Maybe I can see you perform on stage?

Ah. I see. Well do you want to have lunch with Claire and me? We can do a proper catch up and Claire gets to spend time with her Auntie.

Thanks, and of course. I'll be sure to leave tickets for you at roll call. I'll text you the information once I get the tickets sorted.

Sure, that would be nice. You can pick the spot and I'll be there. [She would be. Come hell or high water, she would be there. She is trying to be there for her sibling. It's hard to break old habits.]

You don't have to set tickets aside for me if someone else needs them. I can buy tickets to support the show--and you.

I get complimentary tickets. I don't mind giving you tickets to come see me. Especially since the tickets you get from me, also give you an opportunity to come backstage afterwards. General admissions, isn't going to give you that perk.

Ahh, well... [She didn't think about that. It was going to be a long night for her. She'll have to take the next day off just to recoup alone.]

I didn't realize those tickets were actually backstage passes. If you're sure about giving me on...I'll take it.

[Make new memories and all that jazz. Though, Rey feels awkward in saying that. Trying to bond with her siblings was always hard due to her powers.]

Promise, I'm trying to do better with staying in touch.

[ She understands that Rey's powers have always made things complicated, and she doesn't quite know how to help with that aspect. ]

Please do, dad's not here to dictate to us or make us feel as though we can't have feelings. I know he was pretty hard on you to keep you from bonding with anyone else after Five vanished. But he doesn't get to tell us how close we can be to each other now.

Does she have her Halloween costume decided on yet and if yes, can I make it?

Also can we do a huge blanket fort in the living room?

I don't think she has picked one yet. But feel free to offer to make her costume anyway. Hopefully she won't pick anything overly complicated. But she loves many things!

[ Not like Allison believes that Claire won't hop at the chance to have a one of kind costume made by her Aunt Charlie. ]

Yes! That's a great idea!

We will figure it out and make it awesome.

Same with the blanket fort.

Of course, we will. I just know she'll be super excited.

Oh I'm not worried about it, there are tons of pillows and blankets in this house. Though maybe I should go buy a few more fluffy comforters.

I found an old stockpile of quilts I made when I first started sewing. They’re crooked but mom was so proud. They’re pretty comfortable.

I think one of them belongs to you, actually. It has microphones on the fabric and the words “future star” in blue and gold.

Given everything that has happened, I'm totally on board with you spoiling her.

[ Though she looks concerned for a moment. ]

Are you sure you want to use the quilts you made? They are like keepsakes now and Claire's still a little kid who is prone to spilling things.

D'awww, maybe I should go buy some extra comforters that I won't care if they get ruined?

You tell Claire Bear that we're going to talk about the moon a whole lot, and if she wants to go get ice cream she can sit on my shoulders and be taller than most of New York.

Okay Uncle Space boy! Don't be surprised if she talks your ears off and asks for all the stories of our academy days. Just make sure you give her the censored edition okay?

Hey, I am like a vault. Nothing gets out. I promise to only tell her good things about her mom.

And her uncles.

[ He pauses and stares up at the ceiling, thinking over this promise he's made. ]

It'll be great!

I trust you, Luther. I know you'll look out for her.

[ Allison smiles confidant that he'll be a good influence on her little girl. ]

Yes, it will. She's excited to visit with everyone.

[ Luther nods because of course he will be! What could go wrong? Where the heck was he going to hide his muscles? Were kids afraid of men that looked like giant apes? It's a lot.

There's a lot of facial expressions, here. Luther leans into the camera and says, ]

Allison, does she know about the uh. [ He leans out of the frame and points at his shoulders. ] Muscles?

[ Allison lets out a soft sigh and gives Luther a 'come on' look. ]

Do you trust me, Luther? If you do, trust that Claire is going to fine meeting you, okay?

[ Claire has heard many stories about Luther and the rest of the family. So Allison one hundred percent knows her baby will be happy to meet with everyone. ]

Yeah, it's going to be fine. Totally. Can't wait. Do you have a ride from the airport?

[ He's panicking, it's fine. Dad has a car. He can probably fit in it. ]

I got it covered. You don't have to worry.

[ Yeah, she can see the panic in his eyes. ]

Everything is going to be fine.

Totally all going to be fine. Nothing to worry about. Uncle Luther is going to be ready for both of you.

But he should probably go. He being me. I should go.

Okay Luther, I'll talk you later.

[ The last thing she wants to do is freak him out more. ]
