reaction post! after this, pixie is an NPC. come meet the cat, mom!

While Mom and crew are out shopping, Peter is busy getting things set up. There's a cat castle in the foyer that he put together with help from friends. There's cat toys around and on it and sitting just on the bottom step, tail twitching slightly, is a long-haired white Angora with a note tied around her neck.

Hi, mom!

So, it's taken me about a year to make this? I was doing it just for fun, but then I decided that you, of all people I know and love, deserve nice things. Meet Pixie. Your cat.

Don't worry; she's not real and therefor won't ping my allergies. She's a robot with some pretty amazing AI and abilities.

To switch her on entirely, I need you to do the following. Everyone else in the house has done it, so now all that's left is you.

Let her sniff your hand. When her eyes flash, I need you to say the following exactly. "Hello, Pixie. I'm Grace Hargreeves, the mother."

That will finish her programming and she'll act very catlike.

Something else to remember; she's a defense cat. To activate her defenses, say "Pixie, beast mode" but only if there's a threat. I don't think the house would survive if she were in defense mode and decided to chase a fly or something. I have video of this, if you'd prefer to see that.

Anyway; enjoy your new pet. You can change her appearance if you want. It's all hardlight hologram, anyway. Just let me know.

Love you, Mom!

(and it's just signed with a P.H and a spider.)

In the mean time, Pixie will sit and wait.

[ ooc: let's let Grace meet pixie first, but then everyone can assume it's done and pixie is behaving in very catlike ways. Staring at nothing, making that weird clack-clack sound at birds outside, random zoomies. You know, the usual weird cat stuff. ]
