Ben couldn't help but feel that the other was sick because of him. Jumping into that half world had to be hard on him, let along having time traveled a group of idiots. ben's own body was disagreeing with the new found life. The pressure was so different here that he would get Dizzy easy sometimes.

it was a learning curve. But here he was trying to check on his brother and his brother was jumping with every sneeze. That... that can't be good. he was looking for him, sure he had heard him in here. And sure enough as he heard the 'Up Here' he looked up, and scrambled backwards.

"Holy shit, Five. What the heck is going on?" He said, hands out as if he could catch him if he fell. He could try to summon his creatures, his tentacles, and try to make one help him down, but ever since remembering how he died, and remembering them chasing after Five in the half world? Well, he was scared to use them at all. Scared he'd get pulled in again.
