It wasn't like Five had planned to make this a regular thing. The house covered the whole block, he could find himself a new bedroom to crash, that would be the most practical thing. But a sterile, impersonal looking room, that wouldn't make him feel any more at home than living on the streets of a post-apocalyptic world did, wasn't the best solution. He knew it was selfish but staying in his siblings' room made him feel like he fit a little bit better among them.

Klaus was right in his assumption about Five's sleeping habits. On an average day he was also a light sleeper but this whole week was like an ongoing nightmare and when his body crashed, it crashed hard. He didn't react while Klaus made himself comfortable on the bed, yet when the mattress dipped under the extra weight, Five shifted.
